Terms of Use

1. The service

These terms cover drawmebaby.com, a personal, non-commercial project run by Ewgeni Dobronos. By using it, you accept these terms. drawmebaby sends drawing requests directly from your browser to third-party AI providers using an API key you supply.

2. Providers, keys and costs

Your provider's terms, prices and usage rules apply. It bills your account directly. A VS run may create charges at several providers. I cannot see or refund those charges. API keys are stored unencrypted in your browser, so set spending limits and remove them from shared devices.

3. Your content and conduct

Everything in the selected canvas area, including uploaded images, is sent to your chosen provider. You must have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to send it. Do not use drawmebaby to:

• break the law, a provider's rules, or another person's rights;
• produce sexual or sexualised material involving anyone under 18, or exploit or endanger a child;
• harass, defame, impersonate or endanger anyone, or misuse a person's image or private information;
• present deceptive AI material as genuine;
• attack or abuse the site, its host or an AI provider.

4. Ownership and AI output

I claim no ownership or licence over your prompts, images or results. Whether you own an AI output depends on your provider's terms and local law. AI output may be wrong, offensive, or similar to existing work. Check it before relying on or publishing it, and label it as AI-generated where the law or context requires.

The drawmebaby code, name and wordmark remain mine. Third-party software keeps its own licence, listed in the third-party licence file. Provider marks belong to their owners; see provider marks.

5. Availability, data loss and liability

drawmebaby is provided as available, without a promise that it will work, stay online or suit a particular purpose. Providers may fail or change their APIs, models and prices. I may change or discontinue the site.

Your canvas is stored only in your browser and has no backup. Clearing site data, private browsing, storage eviction, another device or a bug may delete it. Export anything important.

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost work or API charges. Nothing excludes liability that the law does not allow me to exclude. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

6. Changes and contact

The dated version on this page is current. Continued use after a change means accepting the new terms. If one term is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Questions go to info@drawmebaby.com or the contact page.
